Did anybody notice the price tag of 25 Lakhs for Bravo! Either fiat or ET is smoking something funny!

Enough of talk Fiat India, we need some action!

Get the Palio 1.3 MJD, Punto & Linea on road ASAP!

Lets hope it works out, thats the best that can be said.

Also, fiat needs to fix the image about its after sales service and parts availability.
They should launch some kind of free service plan along the lines of what GM has done. For spares/parts, they need to launch some kind of plan where they assure parts within a certain timeperiod else they pay penalty to buyer.

Even though linea or GP may be a great prduct, no one will buy it knowing fully well that parts will not be available and it may take a few months to fix defects.

reminds me of the joke about how the management consultants improving the performance of the american rowing team !

The branding (aside from the cars themselves) are already good. They're bringing better cars, and spending more on branding, but why aren't they focusing on the obvious !:Frustrati

Fiat will in all probablity launch the top end Bravo Sport Multijet model.

The car costs GBP 19,330 on road which is approx Rs.14.50 lacs. Can someone remove UK taxes and calculate approx on road cost in India?

Well why do they try to burn their hands by launching the bravo? or even the Fiat 500. No one here is interested in their history or whatever. Trust me frankly that vehicle can run in europe coz here its overpriced or not paisa vasool. They should launch the linea, punto and the palio mjt quickly else they are really wasting time here. They should also see to it that TATA does not treat their vehicles as second preference to the indica

IIRC, UK charges 15% taxes on a new car's price (Not 100% sure about this & couldn't find any info too) so the car should be costing around 16.3k pounds which when coupled with our duties comes to around 33k pounds. So, a price of around 26L is to be expected if it comes as you say.

At which price it is safe to say, they'll be happy even if they sell 20 a year!
