Hey Addy,
Well...If you think that was bad then you should see the roads that are there from Airoli to Kopar Khairane. I was on my way to Kalyan today & thank god that it was the Indica There's absolutely no road left there. Only potholes..small potholes & big potholes..Thats it Why Airoli, infact I'm just coming back from Renaissance & I can't imagine how the road leading to a 5 star hotel could be in a terrible, horrible, pathetic shape!

In Bangalore we pay life time road tax. It was 10% ior car above 10 lacs and post budget 12%. For my car I paid 97800/-.
Just imagine the number of new cars coming out everyday.
Will try to post some pics of Bangalore roads. Don't have a digicam, may be take Jaggu's help

off potholes, the best and the biggest i think are on the western express highway Kandivali and Goregoan.
not even trucks can overcome these moon surfaces. I feel this year the conditions are worse than last year, bad roads- no grip- then to make things more trouble some there are those rickshaw wala's.

safe driving team.

So Times Of India calls our CM Sushilkumar Shinde to ask him whats happening about the pathetic state of roads in Bombay. The CM was not even aware of this!!! He said he will need to get updated by his departments and will be able to speak a day later!!

With leadership as bad as the potholed roads...what can we expect? Also the head of the BMC (Road responsibility) is a Shiv Sainik.

Damaged Parts: I Beam,Headlight, minor repair work on bulkhead, front bumper replaced since it had taken a beating from the bottom.
No damage to the suspension.Like I say apart from running items like filters & oil..Honda is not cheap AT ALL!

hey rj
i sincerely feel u should sue the BMC,PWD ...just sue the govt man. WIAA have issued a press statement that they are waiting for some car owner to report damages caused by the roads to file a PIL. i think u should go for it. Call them up and try and sue the govt. Take a big compensation from them.
WE ARE ALL WITH YOU!!

Hey Amit,
Yeah..even I read in the papers about the WIAA thing. I wouldn't mind provided something does come out of it. If anybody can give me the nos of WIAA maybe I can call & see how it goes.
Thanks.
