The 2008 lancer has been launched in malaysia too as a CBU with a price tag of around INR 13.5L,so I doubt the media figures of around INR 51L for India.

Media figures are for the EVO and not the standard lancer with a 2.0 Litre NA 150bhp engine. Hence your confusion !!?
