It appears that after almost an year, Toyota has been able to bring down the Order levels to a manageable level:

1. Bookings are about to be reopened from 1st April 2024 for Hycross ZX/ZXO variants.
2. The Bookings shall be opened only temporarily and based on customer response may get closed again by end of April 2024.
3. Customers may have the option to upgrade their existing Hycross suffix and move to ZX/ZXO suffix

Hycross ZX / ZXO have been a resounding success for Toyota till now and it will not be a surprise if people flock for bookings again. I have contacted Local Toyota dealer in my area and he has confirmed that I can upgrade my Hycross VXO booking to ZX in April 24.

Most dealerships are providing an option to upgrade from lower variants (VX and VX(O)) to the ZX & ZX(O) for some months now.

Which dealership have you booked your VX(O) with ?
