Maruti's testing facility

I hear from the thai who are work in some part supplier in India a few year back that Maruti plan to build a testing facilities here.
he mention that the size of the facility is one of the bigest of japanease test tracksoutside japan.

Could you guy share some more information of this test track.Is this
facility really exits?. how capable of it?.where is it and can i see it from
google earth?
