Body on frame with front wheel drive is not a popular set up in automobiles but that does not mean it must necessarily cause the product to fail in the market. Matador van and pickup truck in the 1970s and 80s used the same set up and the product was quite successful in those days.

The idea is that it will drive different to a rear wheel drive and take a beating on bad roads with body mounted on chassis. The Combination is quite unique. 'Weird' and 'Most interesting car' is observation way back by a guy in one of the US shows.
