Kia has launched ‘Exchange Your Car’ – an online self-evaluation service for customers.



The ‘Exchange Your Car’ option can be found under the ‘Buy’ section on Kia India’s official website. To know the suggestive price of their existing vehicle, customers have to enter basic details such as the make, model, variant, manufacturing year and kilometres driven.

According to Kia, the ‘Exchange Your Car’ service aims to speed up the initial phase of the car exchange process by providing a quick estimate of the car’s value to customers.

Commenting on the launch of the new service, Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India, said, “This innovation not only expands our market reach but also builds trusted relationships with potential buyers.”

Same I got sometime back today. So basically it's a typical data collection measure that Kia touts "innovative ₹, and that is half baked

Unfortunately the website is still in a semi baked condition.They don't even have the varients of a specific car mentioned properly.

This is the same I received as well. I was checking this on behalf of a friend who was interested in exchanging his 2020 Sonet for a Seltos but the site is still not fully functional. Hopefully it will get up and running soon.

I have no intention for letting go of my Sonet for another 4 years atleast but I was curious what price it will fetch right now. Pity, website isn't fully functional.
