Last heard, Koyenco was to get both BMW and Honda dealerships. Sad because it is such a sleepy, government sort of organization.

Concorde Motors takes over from Koyenco as Tata Dealers for Kerala soon.

KoyenCo has tied up with BMW in Cochin. They have entered into a short term agreement for now. This is confirmed.
More bad news is, there is no new showroom coming up for BMW. They're going to convert the current TaTa-FiAT showroom at Maradu for BMW.

In trichur a new Dealership called Hyson will be opening shortly . They are putting up a showroom near poonkunnam right next to GM . That road has sort of become a super market for purchasing cars.GM , Toyota, Hyundai and now Tata. Hope they are good coz out here RF is hopless .

Koyenco has also tied up with Honda. They'll now have new showrooms for Honda and a competitor for Peninsular guys!
BMW will solely run the showroom and Koyenco will have no part in it. They'll have a separate servicing facility too (if my source of information is correct).

Now, Cochin byepass has become the best place for car shopping it seems. Merc, BMW, Toyota, GM, ford, Mahindra Renault, HM, TATA FiAT (new showroom), Skoda, Hyundai (2 showrooms) and Maruti Suzuki. All have their showrooms in this one road and within driveable distances of each other. Latest one will be BMW though.

Somehow RF never really took off in Trichur. They had set up a showroom with space for service behind on the Ollur Byepass, but they relocated to the city with just a tiny showroom and no service.

RF Service for Tata (not Fiat) in Trichur is handled by Sainik Motors. Hopefully they will sort out their act soon.

It will be a tough job to make the typical Benz loving Malayalees to spend on BMWs !

And, Koyenco was always known for pathetic service.
