i10 Part Recalled ...

well.. I took my i10 today to Advaith Hyundai for a Body wash...
after the work was done.. i was asked by one service engineer whether i am in urgency in taking the vehicle back.. when i said no... he told me that FUEL RAIL in i10 has to be replaced for certain BIN nos only... he also showed me the service buliten issued by HMIL...

According to the letter it was written as follows....

the return less fuel system is introduced in India for the first time and there are some cases or bin number which have to be checked and if found need a replacement of the fuel rail..

upon confirmation with Advaith Head office i was advised that some pressure regulator have some dimensional problem and can cause fuel leakage ...

This was done free of cost and i thank them to do this so soon ...

APPRECIATE HYUNDAI effort in doing this...
