Some more news on this...

In this months Autocar India, it is mentioned that Suzuki will participate in all legs of the 2005 WRC (World Rally Championship). They'll start with the Suzuki Liana WRC, but later in the year they will replace it with the Suzuki Swift Super Rally.

So Swift owners can bask in the knowledge that they are driving the road-going version of a true-blue rally car! Something like owning a Subaru WRX STi or a Mitsu Lancer Evo VII
