Actually, I think helmets preserve hair if youre a damn fast rider!!!! lol

Might go bald if you keep riding fast for a few years!!

with ref to helmets rule, India might be the first country, where Govt is saying drive safely and citizens marching on Govt saying no safty for us please

On a serious note I think Govt should instruct pandus to teach and follow trafic rules...if we foll.ow the trafic rules the way they are follwed in europe (my exp) our accident rates can come down by more than 80%
