first comes the luxury n niche like lambos,ferraris etc (obviously)
Any car that is rare has a decent road presence or it has to be huge enough to notice it (in case of the Q7's Endys,captivas n even our own desi safaris and scorpio's) in the D n D+ segment i must say the Camry has the best road presence.. from the time we bought it in 2006 till now most people dont fail to give second look..
accord also has decent presence but somehow its dimentions make it look smaller than the older gen which is not true on paper.

Here is my go on cars segment wise:-

Videshi (International)

Hatch :- Nothing beats "Mini Cooper" or "Civic Type R" or "VW Golf" (My personal fav)

Sedan :- "Audi A4" or "BMW M3"

Premium :- "BMW 750 Li with low profiles" or "Infiniti G 37"

MUV:- "Mercedes R class"

SUV :- "VW Tourag" or "Audi Q7" or "Land Crusier"

Soft Roader :- "VW Tiguan"

Pony:- "Mustang", "Mustang" and only "Mustang"

Coupe:- "Audi TT" or "Porsche 911 GT" or "Nissan 370 Z" or "Porsche Cayman"

Roadster:- " Merc SLK" or "Lamborghini Murcielago"


Deshi (National)

Hatch :- Nothing beats "Swift" in White or Red

Premium Hatch:- "Fiat 500"

Entry level Sedan or C Seg :- "Fiesta S" or "G3 H City"

C+ Seg :- "Optra" or "Civic" or "Altis" they all have presence

D Seg :- "G3 Accord" or "Opel Vectra"

Premium :- "Audi A4" or "BMW 5"

MUV:- "Innova"

SUV :- "Safari" or "Scorpio"

Prem SUV :- "VW Tourag" or "Audi Q7"

Soft Roader :- "Chevrolet Captiva"

Pony:- Not available in India

Coupe:- "Audi TT" or "Porsche Cayman"

Roadster:- " Merc SLK" or "Lamborghini Murcielago"

From what we normally see on our roads, I find best road presence of these three cars:

1) Sarari (even after looking at it for over 10 years, you can't ignore it today.)
2) New Honda Accord: May it be on road or parked, it is a statement.
3) BMW 5 series: Specially at night its front lights as well as tail lights put a hypnotizing effect.

Ford Endeavour
Audi TT
Mercedes S Class

BMW: 3 series
Honda Accord: well its damn neat from any angle and any color
Scorpio : no matter how it rides
Audi Q7 well what a size :eek:

Well.
Hatch - Maruti Swift (of course with wider tyres and good alloys)
Station Wagon - FIAT Adventure (Nothing to beat this unque one in Red)
Sedan - FIAT Linea
SUV - TATA Safari
Premium Hatch - FIAT 500
Luxury Sedan - BMW 7 Seies (Since i have not yet seen the Audi on the road)

Has to be my favourite SUV - Range Rover.
Otherwise, Rolls Royce Phantom and Bentley Arnage.

SUV: Pajero, LandCruiser
Premium: BMW 7 Series, A8
