The Renault Fluence. Confirmed for India launch in 2011. It's larger than typical C segment sedans like the Altis, yet smaller than the D segment luxo-barges (Accord and Superb). Could probably slot right in between? FWD with a 2.0 140 BHP petrol and a diesel option.

It's going to be an uphill task for Renault to find million+ rupee customers for its brand.....a brand thats only been associated with a low cost Logan in India. And a car that flopped.

The Renault Koleos. Confirmed for India launch in 2011: Expected only in a 149 BHP Diesel.

Renault sure has some unconventional designs. I find it rather weird, and have my doubts on how it will suit the Indian pallet.

For someone who only sells one car in India, the Renault stall sure had a lot of eye-candy. It was an interesting place to spend your time.

Renault's EV onslaught of 2011 being made clear:

You guys are aware that Renault has launched a full-fledged design studio in India? Here's Renault showing off :)

If the Koleos and Fluence do not come with a Mahindra-Renault badge, then this car will sell in good numbers. Although i don't think it's better than the Cruze, Civic or Laura.
None of these Renaults have beautiful designs and the interiors are kinda boring. I don't see any USP.
Before launching these cars, Renault has to do some serious brand building.

Lol! At least this one doesn't have those red alloys!

All credit to them for displaying the F1 car though. No better way to shout out how cool the brand is.

Megan!! the car which i love a lot. i saw 1st Megan in my life back in 2004. the car is very European which i like the most. and about the renault Design. was it available to design car for a regular visitor?

I am only glad that Renault decided to launch on their own. Logan was such a disappointment and I think it did affect the brand name of Renault.

Thanks GTO for posting the pictures. Fluence is looking really great and wonder what is going to be the price for Koleos!!

good Pics and nice inof GTO!!

It's too late to launch in 2011 for Renault,by that time the Logan will vanish and reach 0, if they are not taking any step in 2010.even Renault brand would be vanished.

The interior looks really dull and even for fluence. They should improve the interior to sell in India.

I feel Koleos tail is similar to X5.

What is Koleos? Sorry to ask. Koleos looks similar to Meganne.
Styling looks like an SUV. Is it an SUV or a Fusion type?

Koleos is an SUV, similar to Tuscon. traveled in it last month. A decent car. comfortably seats 5.

God help renault, good cars not coming to india, cars coming to india not good. SUV sucks, will be a failure like tucson from hyundai. As for the sedan, i agree with GTO, will be difficult to sale it for them. My only hope with renault now is the nano competetor they are planning with bajaj, that car looks better than nano. But if they waste time, tata will flood the market with nano. Let's wait n watch...

Hello Renault, Where is Sandero, Facelifted Logan and Logan Steppe?? :Shockked:
By the way Renault designs are normally weird :D

I like the Dacia's lineup in Renault. They are build to a price but flopped when not priced accordingly. Yeah I'm talking about Logan!!

I too dont understand Renault, they leave out the Sandero, which is IMHO, the most relevant car for India in their stable and show cars which have very little chance of success in the Indian market.

Why do all the models (not the auto variety - the live ones) look so glum? Some of them look angry !!
