Skoda Laura -16" alloy wheels exchange pre-delivery in hyderabad. Cost?

Hello friends,

One of my colleague is getting delivering of a new Skoda Laura Diesel and wants to upgrade the alloy wheels. The sales person is saying additional 60 K + with exchange of the stalk alloys.

He is in hyderabad. Has anybody done this and has any indication of the cost or if 60K sounds correct ?
Any help will be appreciated.
