i did but no response, any help? - trying to buy the 2.0 tfsi but delhi dealers are saying mid-may! Thats ridiculous! If situation is so bad for cars, what about spares?

I really dont want the C/3 - they were eliminated almost immediately! Ugh!

One of the dealers is getting this car but apparently Audi India wants that to be used as a TD. Trying to get some response from them on this...

SoBo got a Monster Deal though and yeah..he should mail the pics to AUdi!

The Fiat Help line is a joke.

I needed the OE alloy wheels bolts and the dealers have been beating around the bush. So I thought I get in touch with customer care. They noted all the details and said that they will get in touch with me. I said fine.

That's when I realized he did not have my mobile number. I called them back and asked Imran, the guy I spoke to where they would be contacting me. He said on my mobile. I asked him for my number and he was like- BLANK. Fine, this is okay. Probably lots of calls, pressure or simple absent mindedness.

Then he asked me if my 1.6GTX was a diesel. Its actually funny.

Re: Address, Email, Toll free nos of Automobile Manufacturers in India.

Hi, Anyone has relevant contacts of somebody in the VW Sales Management chain?

My colleague is facing a lot of issues from Elite Motors with regard to delivery of the New Polo 1.5 TDI. The delivery has been pushed 2-3 times, he has not been given the VIN Number. Latest commitment is a 15th Sept delivery, but when asked for the VIN, they say they don't yet. Not sure how they can commit delivery on 15th and not have the car allotted yet. Escalation to the dealer management has had no effect. Does anyone have the email/contact of relevant VW India folks? Mails to customer care has had no effect.

Main issue is he had released full payment based on their commitment and insistence.

I am not sure when folks will learn this. Why the heck would you release full payment before the car is allotted / delivered? Do we do the same for other stuff that we buy like clothes? Let's not put these car dealers on a pedestal. They are selling something that requires our money and our interest.

All those sales tactics that they use need just a few searches on the Internet to know how to navigate / avoid those. Honestly, at this point, I sometimes don't feel sympathy for these folks.
