Hi Nadim
THE DIAMOND WHITE is not really a white. Looks more creamish.

Great! Looking forward to that thread + pics!

Looks nice, though i wish the P N D notations were on the black part closer to the stick rather than on the silver surround to the right.

Well its not designed to be consumer-facing (unlike a website or ad), so i guess we can't really bash them for it.
Also, there is a saying that Engineers only know 6 colors : White, Black, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue.

Similar feature is there in Corolla Altis AT as well. The only difference is that it is a 4 speed one with the "S" mode on the right side rather than on the left. I feel that GM did not "homologate" this to our right-side driving position.

The ad in question is running all over the TV, IMHO it really sucks, a company like chevy should know better than drag racing thingy to promote their high end cars.

The advertisement makes no sense at all. I wonder what GM was thinking while making this AD!

So what is Chevy Cruze's USP? Racing?

Then I expect this car to make a lot of appearances in the "Accidents of India" thread.

p.s. No offense meant to anyone. Just plain unhappy with GM.

In gear roll on for an Automatic car? There is no such thing!
Though the review has manual Tranny roll on times.

Autocar India does have roll on times for AT cars in kickdown mode. 20-80 and 40-100 timings.

In kickdown mode, it won't be "in-gear" acceleration times. They will be simply 20-80 times, as the car will automatically change gears during the speed change.

hi divesh ,
i,am yet to get delivery of my CRUZE AT , atleast you got a test drive of the car , i booked the car in FEB without even seeing, and was told that will get the delivery by FEB end ,after paying the full amount, there is no sign of CRUZE , i mailed them called them (GM) and finally got a reply after real long time that the probable date of delivery will be april end. DO you think that the wait is good enough or should i cancel the booking ? since yo have been using the car for quite a few days i was hoping to get a proper feed back from you ,
Regards
Brijesh

The Cruze comes with two shades of white, First one is the bright Diamond white and the Second one is Pearl white. These are not the exact names of colors.
