For sure Mr. Kronschnabl is very true in his vision and scope. Used cars do have their own market and niche customers. I am very sure, this is not only going to bring a price stability in BMW used car pricing but will also suffice the D Segment car buyer's choice.

I think this is just what BMW needed. To be able to reach to customers with a lower price point. They have a pretty impressive line-up. Have even more willing buyers.
Just needed to hit their presence somewhere near the 20L's image. And the X1 @ 25L seems to do just that.

So, If BMW X1 @ 25L....

= Slippery roads for CR-V, Xtrail (priced near about the same)
= Rough Roads for Fortuner, Endeavour, Pajero
= Others ?

BMW Pre-owned cars.... well for guys like me in the middle income group, I think I'll start saving to get my hands on one soon.

real steep..but expected...thankfully we would have the 528i 525d &i 523i and 520d coming up later as well.....Would offer a wide price range atleast. 535i and 530d are surely to be super steep. But i guess i would rather wait for sometime more and gather up the premium for the 535i or 530d. Would give me immense satisfaction buying the flagship rather than being impatient and going for the 525d or 528i.

X1 at 25L :O

The cr-v's days are numbered!

I can't wait to check out the new 5 series... even though I like the looks of the old (current) one a lot more!
