Ad in Mid-Day for Jodi offer for Spark + bike

Just read today's mid-day and was surprised to see an ad for about a jodi offer on a Chevy spark. For 123000 buy a spark and get a bike free. Any one has any idea of what this is all about?

This is certainly a trap... looks like many people would get their pockets lighter for nothing :(

I guess there must be some hidden agenda in this. The bike to be won could be part of a scratch and win contest or something similar.
