And what if its out of state vehicle? The RTOs of different state are not integrated in India. So they wont get address also to post the fine details suppose the car which speed is KA registration :)

I think even the latest GPS maps devices comes with this. Its helps a lot when driving on those freeways :)

yes i agree this is a good thing and the speed limits should be followed. However they should also work on and enforce the following as well:
1.proper lane discipline and vehicle overtaking discipline.
2. all roads/ highways to have proper road dividers
3. 2 wheelers, stray animals, tractors, bullock carts which move along the wrong side of the road in the opposite direction
4. enforce the rule on U Turns only at designated places - most people in India want to avoid that extra pain by taking a U Turn at only a designated space - hence they drive on the wrong side of the road many a time to cross the road to the other side.
5. trucks and buses which dont follow too many rules
6. positioning of bus stands etc near villages and towns.
7. ideally as on the Bangalore Chennai road, they should build either flyovers and/ or byepass roads around all these tiny little settlements, hamlets, villages and towns all along the highways.
8. they should also prevent petty shops setting up alongside the highways.
9. Proper chain link fencing all along the highways which will prevent strays and other issues.
10. a regular, organized 24hour highway patrol along each sector and 24 hour ambulance /emergency care services within easy reach.

Its a good thing to introduce speed limits on highways, but there are tons of other things which should be looked into first.

One of the major causes for accidents on highways is trucks and tractors which ply at night without any sign of rear brake lights or even any sort of light. A crackdown on this would save lot of lives.
