@Lateesh - Brother, we are supporting a company or will suppot any other company for that matter who are willing to find the fault, accept the fault and react immediately to solve it with minimum inconvenience to the customer.
I mean come on, we have numerous threads on the bad experiences with Skoda on this forum and have our very own memmber fighting out a case with that company in court for absolutely no fault of his. But is that stopping anyone on this forum from buying cars from that company? Hell no!! Forget about the Rs. 7 lakh Fabias, they are going all the way to the Rs. 22 lakh Superbs even after all the negative publicity!!! Should we stop buying Skodas?? Hell no again!! Its a personal choice. While some are cursing the brand due to technical issues and non co-operation from the company or authorised service centre, many others are happy with their purchase as they have got a premium car at a lower cost than the competition and are having no issues what so ever. |
