It's NHAI's duty to provide tow away service

It appears it is the duty of NHAI and the contractor of Toll roads on NH to provide free towing service/ambulance, fire tender as per the reply given to an RTI application

Further it is the duty of the agency collecting toll to provide for rest rooms toilets, bus bays on the toll roads

here are the links

Good piece of information there. Now if only someone could come up with the contact nos of NHAI for these toll roads, would be useful for those who are frequntly using toll highways. It's all there in paper but what actually happens on the ground is what really counts.
