As per the owner, in 2008, alloys were offered as an option, which he did not take. In any case, I am skipping the car, since the price after negotiation is still more than what I would like to pay (4.5 Lac is what owner is expecting, I feel 4 Lac is more appropriate.) |
3.5 is the appropriate price, infact u could go even for 3 as this model is being discontinued in a yr or so. I bought the same model with 1500 kms on board two yrs back for 5.5, which included the extended warranty.
I recently bought a 2009 Jazz 19.5K kms for 5.4L. Go for it after doing due diligence and you won't regret it. Its a fine car.

Thanks altius, no questions about the Jazz at all; it is a wonderful piece of work. Unfortunately my original budget was reduced due to some other priorities but again I should say that I am lucky enough to get a decent deal for a used Jazz within my revised budget.
I hope your Jazz is doing well. Do you know if there are any AC vents for the rear passengers below the front seats? I do remember reading something about this, and will check when I see the car next - cant wait to see it at home!
I wanted to verify if the cost is ok, as I had no idea about the resale value/ asking price. Token amount paid, hope to get everything else in place so that the car is with me by next Friday, fingers still crossed!
theres a 2006 skoda laura l and k diesel automatic with 50000 km done. this is in hyderabad. how much should i offer for it?
Please advise - I have a Sep-2006 Honda Civic MT. Its only done 21000 kms and is in excellent shape. First owner, comprehensive insurance, no accident history. How much should I charge for it ?
@R17:
I think you should get between 6.75 to 7.25.
Any particular reason why you are selling it?
Someone I know is looking for a similar low mileage Civic, but he is particular that it be an A/T. Otherwise, this would be a good choice.

@Chaand: Thanks for the estimate.
My dad's really fond of the VW Jetta, which 2 other people in my family have bought. He also thinks that the next-gen Jetta is a step down, quality wise. So he wants to exchange the Civic for the Jetta, before the next-gen version comes in.
I'd be happy to show your acquaintance my car, if he s willing to look at the M/T.
Thanks.
^Mumbai rates for 2007 Civics (M/T) are around 6.5 - 6.75 Lacs. This is for running between 30K-60K.
What would be the price for a Manza Petrol, Aura ABS, 2010 March, 8000Kms, Coimbatore, Maroon red, Show room condition?

Single owner? Clean history? Well maintained? NCB? If yes, then around 7.3-8.0l INR. If exceptionally maintained, 8.5L INR at most.
It is a five year old car and the new model has a better engine, longer warranty and a more reliable DSG.
What price can I expect for a 2004 WagonR Vxi, well maintained, 2nd owner,
+ true-value certified (at 59000kms), current odo 76300kms,
+ clutch plate changed at 63000kms
+ new struts changed at 70000kms
+ pioneer audio system
+ parking sensor
+ auto rollup power windows (front 2 doors)
- tyres almost worn out, around 5000-6000kms life left for all 5 tyres.

According to Carwale it's 179500 to 169000 to 149000 for an excellent to good to a fair conditioned car. But in Bangalore, WagonR commands a premium price in the used car market. There are a lot of people ready to lap it up. So if you can crack a deal at 1.9L to 2L, great! As you'll have to spend on new sets of tyres pretty soon.
P.S.: Even I'm looking at a used WagonR/Santro for more than 3 months, but every time I hear the premium price quoted by the sellers or dealers, it makes me want to wait for the time when I could buy a brand new car. :Frustrati
Hello People, What in your opinion should be the price of 2009 Ford Fiesta 1.6S, in good condition, run around 25K? First owner in Bangalore
