Hi Everyone

Am looking to sell off my 2010 Estilo(chocolate brown), since am out of country and there's no one to use it. Currently a friend just gives a start-run once a month.

I suggest you keep it, running the car once a month is not enough. Rather you get the battery terminals disconnected for rest of the time and continue the once a month routine, not just start, run the car at least 10 kms.

A friend of mine is also selling his 2008 SX4 Zxi. Best offer he has got so far is 2.75L. Only 32000Kms run with VKool film, reverse sensors, new tyres, new seat covers. Full service history.

I have, just yesterday, sold my 2011 January SX4 Zxi for 4.25L. Took almost 8 months to get a buyer at that price!! Since it did not exactly set the sales charts on fire when it was on sale, now that it is discontinued, people are offering ridiculously low prices.

This is only my 3rd post and apologies if it is in the incorrect section. I would be grateful if the moderators move it to the right one.

I am returning back to Bangalore on 18th Aug, 2015. I have been out of the country for 4 years now. I sold off my 2008 Fiat Palio SDX before my departure.

Although I will be back home, I will be flying out of the country again in March-2016. Hence, I need to car to tide over this interim period. As this 7-8 months duration is too long for a rental car but too short to get a new car, I am looking for a used car which would not depreciate too much in value over this period as well as not require too much moolah for maintenance.

Hence I have zeroed in on the Swift and the Swift DZire. Based on my research on used car websites, I am seeing a very wide range of asking prices.

I need your advise as to which year/model of these cars would be available in the 3-4 lakhs range in Bangalore. Any T_BHP'ians in Bangalore looking to sell off their Swifts/DZires would be very preferable.

If any T_BHP'ians from Bangalore are not selling their Swifts/DZires, I would suggest you to buy from owners directly. Check Olx or Quickr or CarDealer for that.

You should get Swift between 3 to 4 lakhs, which are 3 to 4 years old.

Hey guys, my first post in T-BHP....really excited.

I'm looking for a used Jetta. I can shell upto 12.5-13.5 lakhs. And i prefer the highline variant ( with a DSG ). I need suggestions regarding which year Jetta and how many kilometers on the odo should be ideal for the price i quoted. It'll also be greatly appreciated if any of you know of Highline Jettas on sale and could inform me about the same :D

P.s. this is going to be my first second hand car. And why jetta in specific? Paddle shifters, Lumbar support, and its high speed stability. :D

I think something between 10-12 lakhs depending on condition would be the price to expect. You haven't mentioned he variant and condition.
