Nano : Convertible

I read this article a few backs back . TATA is probably toying with the idea of a NANO convertible . IMHO it looks repulsive . I dont know if I should call it cool or idiotic . First it was the gold nano and now this . They should just concentrate on adding more and more features to make it more appealing rather than chopping of the roof . Provide a decent list of gizmo options and upgrade options . And conduct a proper corporate communication to let people know that every nano doesnt blow up like a fircracker . Let people know that customer whose Nanos were lost in the engine fires were compensated with new cars.

At first look it seems that the current golfing carts have got a competitor

But none the less not a bad idea I guess.Tatas are famous for exploring opportunities when no one saw any.And moreover this won't cost them any additional production cost at least.They might save on the roof

Lets see how the Indian market responds.
