Now, VW Jetta with Navigation

I saw an advert in the TOI a couple of days back that mentioned that Jetta is available with Navigation now. Is it part of the RCD510 system or a mere add on which is available at accessory.

The advert also mentioned in fineprint that the maps cover 485 towns/cities and is available from Navteq. I guess it must be part of the original touchscreen system then.

Anybody in the know?
