Sure looks like a fun day at the track......

Can you give us a rough idea of exacly how much faster the litre bikes were compared to the 100+cc bikes?

@ Rehaan: depends on the bike and rider, the fastest litre bike time was 12secs faster than the fastest RX time and 3-4 secs faster than the group-C national championship 2strokes, the rider makes the biggest difference.

Yes, riders make all the difference. I was at the laguna Seca MotoGP in
July, and could clearly see the difference between the top riders like Rossi,
Hayden, Pedrosa compared to the bottom riders. All their bikes are pretty
much equal. But the top riders were extremely smooth around the corners.
You could hardly hear them shifting, and they always took their turns at
the same angle, line and speed each and every time, while you could
hear the bottom riders coming way too fast into the turns and shifting
and slowing down.
