Re: VW announces line-up for first Virtual Racing Championship

Are any TBHPians taking part in this? I remember I was about to sign up for this but missed the date to purchase Assetto Corsa game during the offer period. The game was running at a fraction of the original price when I thought of taking part. Decided to purchase it the next day and then register for the event, but as all human beings, I got busy with work and forgot about it. After that, it didn't make sense to buy the game paying the original price to take part in the competition.

I had participated in the qualifying sessions. Couldn't beat the time to qualify, partly due to lack of skills and partly because I didn't get much time to practice and improve my timing. Well I tell people the latter, rather than the lack of skills issue

Re: VW announces line-up for first Virtual Racing Championship

Well, I couldn't give it a shot as my pedals decided to give up and I was fed up fixing them. Atleast I'm glad that I have been a part of the journey having driven in the e racing championship by the team earlier to this competition.

Do watch the race 2 of the VW Virtual Race. The final laps were pretty interesting.
