Race Track Near/In Mumbai ?

Hey guys ,
I dont know how to say this and right now I am not inspired to make this thread , will update it with my thoughts soon. In a nutshell I will cut off my left hand little finger myself - just to get "easy" access to a Circuit/race track/rally field .
I cant believe that no one has done it yet !!

Basically I am looking for information from you guys on whom I can write to - begging/convincing them to do something.
In the LONG run I think it would even work out financially for whoever does eventually make a circuit. { put salman in a fast car , hype it up ,etc }
Any ides/comments/suggestions people?
I have time I have energy what CAN i do??

I am in love with the rush ,have always been as far as I can remember , no jokes , dont think I will be too bad myself , technically speaking.
I myself have written to certain organizations / sponsors etc asking for advice on how I can enter the "world of motorsports" [ cars ] here in INDIA.

With no racing experience except for Rayomand Banerjee's basic Go-Karting
course conducted in Mumbai - I feel frustrated and helpless . I need
guidance and help to try to enter the World of Racing in Motorsports. I dont know
what to expect from *^#$ but would highly appreciate some help. Thank you and

PS 2 : The carmodernize Mumbai guys have bought land in karjat and have made a rough Drag circuit. I dont know when they plan to open it for "public" use but thats a start.

PS 3 : How about even renting an airfield of some kind and organizing our own thing?
