I got mine recently from Car Shringar on Mission Road (PM me if you need directions to get there).
Kit costs Rs.950 and includes a cleaning liquid and filter oil, instructions et all.

There are cars in Chennai running K&N filters that are being cleaned periodically!. Why aditya is it that you are unable to source the cleaning liquid?

Some of these cars are going to be tested on track. So I don't think they can wait till may end.
Hiring a track for a day would cost 40,000. Add 4k to ambulance, 2k for a doctor and about 15 marshalls at Rs 250/day. The costs would scale upto 50k+ for a day at Chennai. To make this work we will need atleast 20 cars with each coughing upto 2.5k/day.
However, at Kari I could work out much lower rates. To maybe 40k. But I need 100% confirmations and track fee paid in advance. If we cant manage enough numbers, money will be returned.

I know where Car Shringar is Santosh. But i am in Chennai currently and i'm unable to find any K&N cleaning kits in stock. Hence the request.

Checked in speedworks, Tirestore, etc and many other places. All are out of stock. So i wonder how these filters are getting cleaned.

He he, maybe not being cleaned at all - like in my case, just fitted the K&N and forgot about it. Should atleast take it out and dust it once.

Aditya..speedworks is one audio shop..who claims a lot, tyrestore is a tyre shop. You should go to a performance shop to get premium products or try in GP road.
Mahavir autoi parts and a few other reputed ones definitely have your requirment.
