Impounded Cars Thread

Megaupload founder Kim Schmitz's aka Kim Dotcom's cars being seized from his New Zealand residence, the Dotcom mansion.

I absolutely love his custom plates!

Pictures have been released of Kim Schmitz, founder of Megaupload’s cars being transported away from his New Zealand house. The pictures show the cars on transporters being taken away from a picturesque mansion.
His collection included a two Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM with the numberplates ‘GOOD’ and ‘EVIL’, a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drop Head Coupe with ‘GOD’ numberplate, a Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG with ‘GUILTY’ and a Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG with a ‘HACKER’ plate. The pictures show his Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG with ‘POLICE’ numberplate, his Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG on ‘STONED’ numberplate and his Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG on ‘MAFIA’ numberplates all being towed on seperate low-loaders.

^ Dude sure had some killer numberplates.

Here's an interesting impound story. Heard about the FBI wrecking an impounded Ferrari F50? Link to Article

That's sick. Small wonder that people loathe government employees the world over. They act with impunity and are then granted immunity for actions that would've landed an average-joe citizen in jail.
Talk about the system breaking down....epic fail.

Re: Impounded Cars Thread

Wow! He seems to be one serious AMG lover, so many lovely mercs there in his collection, sad to learn that he won't be enjoying these again anytime soon. His custom plate collection is no less, it's complementing his awesome collection to the hilt.

How I wish we can have such plates here in India, our best bets are limited to 8055 (Boss) and 6161 (wrote with different font to read like Dada in hindi) and for those you are bound to get traffic tickets.

PS: Just saw the pink eldarado in the original link, I am curious what plate this sports?

Re: Impounded Cars Thread

Funnily, just the fact that he has such a good choice of cars (read AMG) makes me want to request the Judge who takes up his case to let him go.

Its interesting how way more celebrities align with AMG than the M or RS models. Don't think this trend will change anytime soon with the kind of cars AMG is making!

Do I see a Mercedes CLK DTM?

Wow that's one of the cars that had made it into my wishlist years ago, along with most of the Mercs here. This guy certainly likes his Mercs. And his licence-plates are just the coolest! that G55 looks the business!

Now if you had read the snippet posted you would have known that for sure and that there are two.

Man these plates really crack me up, but how I wish I could get some of them here in India. They go well with the cars characters.

Re: Impounded Cars Thread

The same AMG dude, Kim Dotcom had made a video with Kimi Raikkonen at the Nurburg-Ring!

See the plates, 'Good' 'And' 'Evil'. Sheeeesh!!

EDIT: Just noticed that the video contains cussing in the BGM, please remove if found inappropriate. Thanks.
