The Coupe is so damn beautiful! Love it from every angle. The convertible was one of the best looking cars on the market, but this is just that little bit better.

And that video that Jaaaag(Top gear & JC reference ) has released is just awesome in so many ways. The sound of that V8, along with the supercharger whine! So beautiful!

The coupe was unveiled Tuesday night at a lavish event ahead in the hanger, now used for filming, ahead of the Los Angeles Auto Show. Simon Cowell was joined by model Miranda Kerr, Kelly Osborne and other mostly British celebrities were on hand for the flashy introduction.

The "S" coupe starts at $77,895, with a 380-hp V-6. And a 550-hp high-performance "R" version with supercharged 5-liter V-8 also will be offered, starting at $99,895. All engines in both coupe and convertible are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift mode. Jaguar says it has "no plans at this time" to offer a manual transmission in the F-Type.

Jaguar has confirmed that it is developing more powerful versions of the F-Type. No longer under the shadow of Aston Martin, Jaguar is developing cars with higher power output. An RS version, with up to 700 bhp, could well make it to production.

Really? That much more?! Hmmm....
Seeing as the R is 550 as mentioned above I figured it would be at most 580 or 600 for the RS. 700 BHP in such a small car(engine) seems quite a lot, even improbable perhaps or do you mean in V10 form?.

F-Type is really living upto the legendary name! Its seriously good looking! One of the most proportional cars I've seen. In fact its starting to look better than the Aston Martins.
