This seems to be a very early prototype of the 2016 Jaguar XJ;

XJ was launched in late 2009 and is expected to be replaced by 2016.

As per Autocar UK internal roll cage and external sensors — is thought to be evidence of very early work on the next-generation XJ saloon.

New XJ will be based on the PLA (Premium Lightweight Architecture) which underpins the latest Range Rovers

As Jaguar is known for using body panels from its own family while testing the upcoming models (as recently seen on 3 series rival baby Jag borrowing body parts from the XF) this prototype has borrowed parts from the existing XJ it seems.
