This hot ferrari was put up at the dubai international airport in the waiting lounge. Could not resist picking up a few photos of this car! It was just awesome!

Was it the only car there? And was it on a temporary promotion?

yes, it was the only car though I thought i remember seeing a mercedes benz somewhere else at the same airport for the monthly draw. and yes, it is a temporary promotion as well for a month. still i consider myself lucky standing next to a ferrari even! what a great sight !!

Is it part of the raffles that the Duty Free promotes?
They give away a lot of beauties through these draws.

They even have an offer to buy these back from the winners for a reduced rate, of course.

Was in Dubai last week. There was a red 997 911 Carrera, a silver/gold S500 and a Harley for the raffle. But the most exotic cars are at London Heathrow. Have seen Continental GT, Aston DB9, AM Vantage, DB9 Volante, Ferrari 360 Spyder, F430 and so on.

Saw these cars today (or was it yesterday) on my way to US. Clicked a few pics from my N82. Not as good as it should be but as the cliche goes, something is better than nothing. I love the front of R8. It looks the best of three IMO.

Aaah, what beauties. It reminds me of my times spent flying in and out of Dubai & Abu Dhabi airports. 24x7x365 they used to have at least 3-4 such awesome cars on display. They have a year long raffle promotion draw to win these cars. It used to be previously only during Dubai Shopping Festival, but now I think they have extended it throughout the year.

Seems like a Dark Lavender shade to me. Nice pictures!

I liked the Porsche color.Haven't seen one in this color till date.R8 has an EVO X touch in the front and the Ferrari rear is great.Wonder who would be the lucky trio.
