A nice new Aston AMV8 vs the SL55

Since they are priced about the same, was wondering what would be your choice..for me it would have to be the AMV8..it just blows me away in terms of design and elegance..and i am sure performance wide it will blow anyone away too..

Definitely DEFINITELY the AMV8. I loooooove the dials on the Aston and the whole look of the car is just amazing

Aston Martin comes a close 2nd in my list of favourite marques to Jaguar. I'm a Mercedes Benz fan too, but when Aston Martin is concerned, there's no question where I'll be headed.

Guys,
I love the Aston Martin BUT I would vote for it if it was a Cabriolet rather than a Coupe. I dont know why people spend on a Coupe it dosent make sense. Although I think the SL55 AMG would beat the Aston Power wise. Sooo its really difficult to choose the Aston. Although for the Snob Value I think the Aston is more.:blues:

AMV8 here too. She's a beaut.

This car may be launched as the DB8, and was designed by Henrik Fisker (prototyped at DC India).

With my eyes shut, I would go for the SL55 AMG. Technologically the car is light years ahead of the Aston. You would be surprised to know just how much it has been influenced by racing technologies.

The Aston is british, its nowhere as fast as the SL.

For me, an Mercedes AMG/BMW M automobile is simply a cut above the rest

u read my mind gto. though the aston's classier and has more snob value, the mb is definitely more tech. for everyday use and the occasional track racing, i'd go for the sl55. but for the night out at the club, it's gotta be the aston.

we share the same thoughts gto. anytime an M/AMG. The SL55 AMG is the most technologically advanced and the best roadster in the world. I'll have mine in red.
The AMV8 aint bad. Those rear wheel arches remind me of the legendary 911 Turbo. Somehow i dont like those colored dials. wud prefer black/white to them.
