Panky, it reads C 1. Yes, the ruling Sheikh drives '1' too. There are many instances of business moguls driving around with 2-digit registration plates as well, which are almost always presumed to be sheikhs.

Quite close. Normal drive its 2~5Km/litre. Full throttle its 0.8Km/litre.

Exactly speedy, I am not sure how the russian business tycoon came to place, but Ican assure you this car belongs to none other than SHEIKH MOHAMMED BIN RASHID AL MAKTOUM'S son. The number plate in a single digit be it whatever alphabet is reserved only for the ruling family.Sheikh's 2 cars I have seen DXB A1 located in the marlet was a Mercedes Mclaren SLR, have also see him being chauffered in a G55 AMG number was something like 300 if i can recollect.
Whatever business man it may be, there is no way a car can be parked like that that too in one of the busiest shopping malls of dxb.If the police finds your car parked liked this then thats it.

when i was in dubai i had seen the sheikhs son come in a SLR with the number 1 to wafi mall. man the guy got some royal treatment people watching over the car and put security chains around it, just like the veyron in the pictures.
in dubai you might be a rich business man or from the U.A.E. government you dont get treatment like this unless you are the ruler or part of his family.

I don't care how it looks (to me it looks pretty good), don't care what color its in, its Bugatti Veyron for gods sake. Its a piece of most radical engineering of this decade.

Single digits are reserved for ruling family and theres no way how this russian billionare residing in Burj Al Arab can get this #. I've seen Sheikh Mohammed driving a white SUV (sorry not comfortable with names) with #1. If he's so filthy rich to stay in Burj Al Arab for last 11/2 yrs, why the hell he cant buy one?
