| Distinguished - BHPian   |    NEW LEXUS GS UNVEILED - Detroit, January 6, 2004 - Lexus took the wraps off the 2006 GS luxury sport sedan today at the North American International Auto Show. The GS will be the first Lexus sedan to offer the performance enhancements and advanced vehicle control of all-wheel-drive and the Lexus Vehicle Dynamic Management (VDM) system. Powered by either the 4.3-liter V-8, or a new 3.0-liter 245 horsepower V-6, the GS features a close-ratio 6-speed automatic transmission with a sequential manual-shifting mode. |
