thnx for the gr8 link. my fav's got be the 2.7 carrera RS and the '78 911 turbo. the 911's design is one that has endured the test of time and is probably the only design to continue evolution rather than take on an all-new shape. it's one silhouette which you instantly recognize as a porsche without even blinking. the only other car that you can say this about is the old vw beetle. aint me right?

Lovely link. Like VTEC11, it's the 959 for me too. I don't think I've ever hated any Porsche.

Thanks to Revvmasters influence, the 959 is my eternally favorite Porsche. Buttttttttt it shares top honours with the third decade 911's.

I admire Porsche...in fact I take my hat off for them . To continuously master a rear engine layout and be arrogantly stubborn about it while making the oversteer more and more driveable over the years is truly commendable.
