The looks are not good is not new news. Drives great with SH-AWD though.
Cars generally are getting better looking. Luxury cars are getting ordinary or uglier.

Take the grille of the Honda City Type 4, remove the Honda Badge, remove the chrome strip that runs along the centre of the grille and attach it to the chrome that runs along the top. Voila! You've got the new Acura grille.
They could have made the design more subtle like the CLS or the XF.

I fell in love with the old TL here. The lines are so clean and the car looks so sharp. I can't believe they are replacing it with this. Looks like implants and botox job. Yuk.

What really is happening to the car manufacturers? They're competing with one another in making their products as dirty and ugly as possible.
The latest example being this car.

The grill is the ugliest part.

The side high waist line resembles the current Nissan Altima.

You know what? I hope the design cues don't trickle down into cheaper Honda's. Imagine the next generation Accord that may look like this!
