Pics from Sydney Auto show

Just got lucky! I was in Sydney for a week and it so happened that there was an auto show in town. So me and my cousin spent a few hours ogling at cars (and cars only :P !!).

BMW and Mercedes were missing in action for this show. However, other manufactures more than made up for it. We got to sit in a few cars (not the exotics though). Only thing I can add is that the interior of Chrysler 300C really sucks. It looked like a cheap chinese imitation on the inside.

I'll let the pics do the talking. No prizes for identifying the cars .

Lucky you Shailendra. I thought you moved out permanently. Nice pictures, hope you collected lots of brochures as well?

I second you on the 300C, once sat in a 300C cab in San Jose. The interiors are indeed horrible.

The Cali looks weird, bad almost. Yes, its a Ferrari, but still.

Looking at the fence, they didn't let you go anywhere too close to the GT-R did they? Afraid the carefully scientifically controlled bacteria free environment might get contaminated

And the Masers looking drop dead gorgeous as always.

Sigh. I feel so bad for myself

The Ferrari California rims are very very similar to the ones from the Skoda RS.

Ferrari California doesn't look like an Italian made car at all. No wonder they named it California.

The Maserati cars on show, on the other hand, are just beautiful examples of Italian design.

The black Maserati GranTurismo looks amazingly evil and way too hot!!
The green colour on the LP640 looks yuk !!

@Mpower

No more pics of the Segg. But it was a bit wierd painted yellow. Expected it to be painted silver like you see in auto mags.

Money. There is another annual auto show in Melbourne, earlier in the year. Quite a few of the manufacturers said they cant participate in 2 shows in the same year. Most of them made it to Melbourne :(.

I was gone for only a week. So that was me. And I wouldn't let anyone else drive it
