Even if the authenticity of the list is a question it is always roumered the collection running into 5000 + cars.
Jay Leno has 250+ car collection (classics, supercars included)
and why go far. our very own Vijay Mallaya has a 50 + personal car collection in his SanFransisco house. (this is what he acknowledged in an interview on NDTV).. |
The Sultan of Brunei is a joker. He and his collection have already been criticised to death on quite a few threads on the forum. Selling the cars that he has owned/used(if at all) is considered below dignity by him and hence he has such a massive collection. He owns 8 Mclaren F1's!! what for? does he use his cars the way they ought to be used. These limited edition masterpieces would have been better-off in the hands of true-blue enthusiasts who would have made full use of them. They are being abused, stacked in vacuum-controlled/air-conditioned garages. About his taste in cars-I better not say anything for fear of being banned due to the use of expletives....he has converted exotic Ferraris into station wagons, also he has splurged huge money on major, respected car companies like Ferrari, Jaguar to name a few, to get hideous custom made cars(clowns to be more precise) made under the name of exclusivity to adorn his garage, one example being the Ferrari FX(what a hideous tail!). |
