Carrera GT is built for the tracks!! It clocked the fastest time even in the Top Gear track. Could someone provide the track layout and some info abt the track?

And here's a info page on the track.

Well, it's not the fastest car on the 'Ring, that i think would be the Radical SR3 Turbo, which did it in 7:19.xx
This is the best CGT time as done by HvS, editor of Sport Auto, a German mag, one of the best motoring journalist cum drivers out there. But, can you imagine how fast Walter Rohrl would be with the same car? There are reports of WR clocking the ring in 7:28.xx but Porsche wouldn't confirm this.

You should try the M5 "taxi" which takes you around the track at speed - imagine when they get the new V10 ones. One of them is driven by a lady

I heard the M5 taxi manages a time of over 8 mins. So it's not that fast. They've even tested a mini truck on this track. Saw a pic of it on one of the sites.

Radical SR3 top-time video

Well here's the vid of the SR3 turbo blasting thru the nordscheilfe.

Ajmat, the name of that female is sabine. She has done a video with JC around the ring. Mind you, she is one helluva goddamn great driver, the one that makes us men go gagagoogoo.

It costs around 200-300 euros for a car to go around the ring once, so generally people share the cab b/w 3-4 people to get that 8 minute+ experience.

Revv

P.S. The ring taxis are expected in March next year.

The times that seem strange are the fact that the C6 supposedly laps as fast as the 996 Turbo. I seriously doubt that, the Turbo would pretty much beat the Vette on track for sure.
Also how much of a difference the Normal and Sport PASM settings make on the 997 S, 3 whole seconds.
