The wheels are Sang Noir wheels, the owner begged Bugatti for the wheels and got them. Only 1 of 5 Sang Noirs and he has the 6th set of wheels.

I recognize the username.

The silver Ferrari is a Ferrari 550 GTZ, there are 1 of 3 made. Worth about 1.5 million. It is a Zagato bodied car, based off the 550 Barchetta.
