1. It gets unbearably hot in that part of the world, so every little bit of tint helps. I barely have any tint on my RS6, so I know how it feels. Technically, it is illegal but people with deep pockets don't seem to care.
2. Obviously, the GT-R can be tossed around a bit more but he was looking for a stealth bomber kind of car which provides all sorts of comfort while being a real head turner. GT-Rs are always on the police radar for overspeeding, this one can slip by without getting noticed.
3. Bingo! Viper SRT10 tuned by Hennessy (HPE).

@Sahil: It's a proper V12. One of only a handful ever made.
