I found these Vancouver International Air Show -2008 pictures in my photo archieve and I thought of sharing it with you all.
Unfortunately I didnt get a chance to attend this as I was in Mexico at that time but my friend was lucky enough to go there and took these snaps.

I always wanted to be part of some air show, but couldnt till date, but i like the pictures taken and made my spirits high.

Wasn't the Indian Air Force gonna buy some of these C-17 Globemasters in the first picture from the Americans, to replace their ageing IL-76's?

no actually IAF are buying the lockheed c130J super hercules not C17 globemaster. IL76 even though old can be used for a long time and the tanker version of il 76 were delivered in 2004 only, so i dont think they will be replaced so early.
