Cars de France

First day in Paris was spent, dropping into every car Showroom on Avenue de Champs Elysees. What else can be expected from a Car aficianado.Showrooms visited :
-Renault Museum
- Peugeot
- Citroen
- Fiat
- Maserati
- Alfa Romeo
- Mercedez-Benz
- Toyota

Renault Museum was brilliant with 90 years of history and some legendary cars like Renault 5.
Peugoet showcased concept car EX1 which is 100% electric car.
Mercedes Benz showcased the Gull wing SL AMG.
Fiat had a Abarth GT version, which was awesome.
Toyota, ausual had hybrid cars and some concept versions. The show room was called Rendez-Vous Toyota which allows customers to come and show creativity by developping colour schemes, seating etc.
Unfortunately Lambhorghini showroom was closed, but saw a brilliant yellow Murcielago behind the doors.
More spottings to be reported..

More Cars from Paris..this time,few exotics !!

I got a taste of exotism today when i stepped out of my hotel and voila i was greeted by a Rolls Royce.
What followed was a line of British cars-Landrover,Bentley,Mini Cooper(all parked one behind another) and finally when i entered the Lamborghini Showroom,I was blown away.

Renault has many brilliant cars running in Europe. Wonder when they will introduce a few in India!

Strange Cars in Paris

I spotted these strange cars in Paris today. They are not Smart cars.
The first car is a Ligier (an erstwhile Racing Team) and the second car was unidentifiable.

Nice pics. Keep em coming. Love the car and moto scene in Paris.

The second one looks similar to the one the Firodias of Kinetic were planning on bringing to India.
