I see there are many enthusiasts of the Music of F1 sound !!

Now, here's something Really nice - "a turn on", maybe, for some.. (for me, well, it was the perfect Symphony !! )
the cool folks at Renault Engine testing Labs, got together, and programmed the EMS to rev the engine at certain pre determined RPMs and kept it there for a predertimined duration of time and VOILA !! what do we get ?? Check it out...

Note - keep the ears open to notice the "pick up lag" when the engine tries to "sing" a higher pitched note...

This was done after the Chinese GP..

Also check out the Final Burn out of the V10 - as it couldn't be commisioned in the next season, Renault people, Literally, Burnt the engine out by over revving it in the pits after the Chinese GP... I remember coming across the file somewhere.. will post the link as soon as i come across it again..

on a similar Note, Top Gear's "captain slow" made this Top gear Theme.
from the firing sounds of various engines ... This is a neat piece too !!

But the renault thing , still, BLOWS ME OFF !!

Kickass find man. I did know about the farewell to the V10s in the Shanghai paddock but didn't know there was a song too. And do try to find the video please of you can.
