2012 F1 - British Grand Prix - Santander

9th race and the silly season remains one without a reason.

Plagued by rains most of the times, we must wait to see how the weather gods behave and how well the Pirelli's perform under changing conditions. About Silverstone, its built on the site of a World War II Royal Air Force bomber station.

I am really one for the homeboy wins too! But doesnt Hamilton have the best chance of the Brit lot, unless of course there is another Mclaren pit letdown.

Does anyone feel that the commentary on Star Sports / Espn by Steve Slater and co. is sometimes irritating ? Irritating in the sense that he is most of the times unaware who the driver is on the screen and many times when the driver's radio is on he is blissfully ignorant of it and keeps on blabbering.

Its actually becoming an irritant and exciting races are turning a big BORE because of the commentary. I doubt things will change on that front. Damn Star Sports and ESPN

True that. But I think it was you only who pointed me towards online coverage when i got sick of the numerous commercial breaks and the silly commentary.

By the way, the link to live streaming is missing in your opening post. Is that intentional?

Due to Wimbledon the live coverage is on ESPN and not on ESPN HD.

Who else is watching it on BBC iPlayer? Im having to makedo with this as i dont get espn. But this is Far better than espnstar coverage. :
