I remember reading somewhere that if Ford steps up to help M-Sport only then will he consider staying there or discussions are going on for him to move to citroen.

Great news! For the 2018 season, the team will be known as the M-Sport Ford World Rally Team.

Ford' new head of motorsport Mark Rushbrook stated that Ford it taking it all up another level in 2018.

"It was a great partnership and we were very happy with what was accomplished.

"But the technical support for 2018 will increase in all areas - engine development, aerodynamics, chassis work as well.

"We're definitely looking forward to helping keep Malcolm and the M-Sport team at the front.

"For 2018 we want to take it all up another level. We've got global resources from a company that can really help keep this car going faster and faster every weekend."

We are in for a treat this year! A proper fight between the factory teams!

Hoping to see some good fights with improved cars from other manufacturers as well.
