Team Minardi - always a back-runner?

They are a good team but they always seem to lose (except on some occasions).

Arrows, Prost and Minardi were 3 teams that everyone loved. why? they didnt win any races? but F1 isnt just about winning and these teams personified it. These teams were always against the odds, yet took part in every race, every time. And ofcourse Max Mosley was ****-scared of Paul Stoddart.
