with the higher straight line speed of the ferraris, I think Schumi and Massa would have an edge over the Renaults at Indy.
If ferrari can manage a 1-2 then it would really throw the championship wide open
Alanso
schumi
kimi
but depends on pole positions again

I am gr8 fan of ALANSO:Cheering:, hope he will make it.
We are just talking about straights!! What about inner section and some painfully slow corners, car requires technical grip which im very sad to say Renault have it. If Schumacher has to win title from here he needs to win races like crazy.
Go Schumi !!!
P.S. Alonso is now blaming Schumacher and Ferrari for last year's fiasco US GP.
Here it goes.
At Indianapolis on Thursday, Fernando Alonso pointed the finger at Ferrari and Michael Schumacher when remembering the farcical six-car race of 2005.
''Before the race,'' Renault's title-leading Spaniard was quoted as recalling by the sid agency, ''we said that we didn't want points but we wanted to drive for the fans.''
Alluding to the non-agreement of Bridgestone-clad Ferrari, he added: ''But a team and some drivers did not accept that.
''I accept everyone's option, but in that moment the 150,000 fans were more important. Sometimes we forget that we drive not for us but for the people.
''
As the Grand Prix circus sets up shop at the fabled Motor Speedway, some are suggesting that - to guarantee avoidance of the same tyre problem in 2006 - Michelin will have gone ultra-conservative for this race.
But Alonso insisted: ''Even if I lose two or four points in the championship here, it would not be too bad.''

Alonso has not made any mistakes off late but this track I think will be better for ferrari... so...
1) M.Schumacher
2) Alonso
3) Will be a tuff fight! > Kimi if his engine holds up
pole will be for alonso
finish 1.Schumi
2.Alsonso
3.Kimi
i hope im right :)
I'll be in Indianapolis for the F1 :D
For my money, I want Schumi to win. A close second between Kimi and Alonso is also wished for.
what time is the qualifying and on which channel. I don't see it on the schedule for Star sports & ESPN

Alrite ideal qual results. Michael and Massa 1-2 and Alonso bumped into 5th.
After 1st corner expect Ferrari 1-2 and Renualt 3-4 and may Fisi will try to get in front of Massa and slow things down and allow Alonso to catch up and may be pass Massa.
With Michael on pole may be a bit light on fuel, Alonso on P5 and experiencing understeer, Michelins on conservative race, I dont see why Michael shouldnot win and eat up that 25 points gap. Hope Massa hangs on.
:Cheering: FERRARI ON TOP!!! :Cheering:
Atleast i hope the season should turn around from here...And a Ferrari 1-2 finish would also make it the sweetest GP in over an year.
